NATURE AND SCOPE

The mentor is responsible for guiding, training, and supporting team members to ensure optimal performance within the operational setting. He/She mentor serves as a liaison between leadership and frontline employees, helping to develop skills, boost productivity, and maintain company standards.

SHIFT DETAILS

Monday to Friday

2 hours daily

DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES
  • Assigned 10-15 representatives.
  • Assigned 10 hours a week for mentor duties.
  • Monitor the quality control process and evaluate the performance of team members. 3 evaluations for each assigned employee per week.
  • Review and analyze data to identify trends, deviations, and areas for improvement.
  • Offer constructive feedback to team members on their performance, highlighting areas of improvement and recognising successes.
  • Provide coaching and support to help individuals enhance their skills and capabilities in quality control.
  • Conduct weekly collaboration calls with the team to develop effective solutions and preventive measures to maintain or improve quality standards.
  • Promote continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of quality control processes.
  • Facilitate knowledge-sharing and learning sessions within the team to enhance overall quality awareness.
  • Ensure accurate and comprehensive documentation of quality control activities, findings, and actions taken.
  • Uphold ethical conduct, professionalism, and integrity in all quality control activities and interactions.
  • Provide guidance and training to team members on quality control processes, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Help individuals understand quality standards, regulations, and compliance requirements relevant to Fleetworthy.
  • Establish clear quality objectives and standards in alignment with organizational goals and Fleetworthy benchmarks.
  • Ensure that team members are aware of the defined quality criteria and expectations.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
  • No disciplinary actions in the past 3 months.
  • Maintained an average scorecard rating of 85% over the past three months.
  • Must be confirmed with Express and in the Fleetworthy Solutions Department.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively mentor and collaborate with team members.
  • Computer literate (Excel, Word, email, Google Docs).
  • A strong work ethic.
  • Customer service skills.
  • Ability to work well under various stressful and time-sensitive situations.
  • Able to multitask and prioritize assigned tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • In-depth understanding of quality control principles and best practices relating to Fleetworthy Solutions.
