• Be the Director of First Impressions:
  You  manage a multi-line phone system, greet clients with a positive attitude, and ensure every interaction reflects our commitment to compassionate care.
• Ensure Seamless Care Coordination:
  You  maintain accurate medical records, manage appointment schedules, and handle financial transactions, keeping the hospital running smoothly and efficiently.
• Advocate for Pet Health:
  You  be a key partner in pet wellness, educating clients on preventative care and other hospital services to ensure every pet gets the best care possible.
• Embody Compassion and Empathy:

• A passion for providing excellent customer service and a genuine love for animals.

• Experience with veterinary software is preferred. A flexible schedule, including some weekends and holidays, is required.
