• 2+ years of clinical experience in small animal practice
• Interest in leadership or mentorship welcomed, but not required
• Comfortable with general practice, surgery, and dentistry

• Title: Associate Veterinarian (Leadership opportunities available!)
• Compensation: $130,000–$150,000 base + monthly production bonuses
• Signing Bonus: $35,000 - $100,000
• Schedule: Full-time, flexible shifts (no on-call)
