Johns Hopkins Bayview Medical Center is a 420-bed teaching hospital with a dedicated trauma center, a neonatal ICU, and a geriatrics center. It also hosts the Johns Hopkins Burn Center, the only adult burn trauma facility in Maryland. Rehabilitation Unit Our Rehabilitation Unit is a Med/Surg unit that specializes in rehabilitation. RNs in this unit care for patients recovering from illnesses to regain independence. Rehabilitation RNs contribute to patients’ recovery alongside a collaborative care team.

Registered Nurse Role The RN will be part of an interdisciplinary team to coordinate care for assigned patients. RNs will be mentored to develop leadership skills. Through a team approach, RNs will learn about the science of rehabilitation nursing and make a difference in patients  lives and their families.

• RN license in Maryland or compact state
• CPR (AHA, Red Cross, or Military Training Network)
• Associate Degree in Nursing
• BSN obtained in 4 years
• Previous experience as a patient care tech or student nurse tech is helpful
• Previous RN experience in a rehabilitation setting is a plus

Salary Range: Minimum $35.02/hour - Maximum $52.69/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. Salary discussions may occur during candidate screening calls.
