Join our Sibley Nursing Team as an ICU Float Pool RN!

With its 318 beds, this non-profit, full-service acute care hospital offers medical, surgical, intensive care, obstetric, oncology, orthopedic, skilled nursing inpatient services, and a 24-hour Emergency Department. Sibley's campus is also home to Grand Oaks, an assisted living residence; a medical building with physician offices and ambulatory surgery and imaging centers; and the new patient tower with 200 spacious, private rooms.

Float Pool RNs choose a clinical service area in which they work and must meet the requirements for their chosen area. Float Pool RN areas and requirements are as follows:

• Critical Care Float Pool RN - competent to work ICU, ACC (Telemetry), and one of the following areas: ED, PACU, Interventional Radiology, or Outpatient Recovery

Unit/Schedule

• Nursing Float Pool
• PRN
• 12-hour Night shifts (7p-7a)

Minimum Education and Experience:

• Licensure as a Registered Nurse in the District of Columbia.
• Graduation from an accredited program for Registered Nurses
• 2+ years RN experience in specialty area
• AHA CPR card

Salary Range: Minimum $56.22/hour - Maximum $56.22/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
