Responsibilities
Lancaster Behavioral Health Hospital is hiring full-time RNs for night shift (7p - 7:30a, 36 hours/week, every third weekend) offering an excellent full-time benefits package. There is opportunity for overtime and to cover various shifts if interested.
New rates based on experience and shift: $32.00-$50.00
This position also qualifies for our $20,000 sign-on bonus!
Lancaster Behavioral Health Hospital (LBHH) is a newly opened (July 2018) 126-bed inpatient psychiatric hospital, a joint venture between Lancaster General Health/Penn Medicine and Universal Health Services.
Services include a general adult unit, a dedicated adolescent unit, co-occurring disorders treatment on the psychiatric-medical unit, an intensive adult unit for severe conditions, and a women’s trauma unit.

QualificationsRequirements for this Role:
- A valid Pennsylvania RN license is required.
- Psychiatric or behavioral health experience is helpful but not mandatory.
- CPR certification required upon hire; provided at orientation if needed.
