Cedar Hill Regional Medical Center GW Health is seeking an Experienced Emergency Department Nurse Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of the hospital’s Emergency Department, ensuring high quality patient care and compliance with state and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the Emergency Department, including staffing, workflow, and quality of patient care.
  • Develop and implement performance initiatives to improve patient safety outcomes and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage daily work activities and coordinate resources to achieve strategic and operational objectives.
  • Ensure optimal patient safety and regulatory compliance for the Emergency Department.
Qualifications
  • Graduate of an accredited or NLN-approved RN program.
  • BSN required, MSN preferred.
  • BLS, ACLS, and PALS required.
  • DC RN license required.
  • Three years of Emergency Department Manager experience.
  • TNCC required.

  • Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to remain calm and focused during high-pressure situations.
  • Commitment to upholding the highest standards of patient care and safety.
  • Demonstrated track record of sustained employment for a minimum of two years.
