Physicians are independent practitioners who are not employees or agents of The George Washington University Hospital. The hospital shall not be liable for actions or treatments provided by physicians.

To perform specimen collection, specimen processing, and administrative tasks associated with clinical assessment of patients.

• Services as liaison to house staff, patient care services, medical students, physicians, etc., to ensure quality patient care.
• Execute tasks required to maintain accreditation with JCAHO, CAP, and DCRA.

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 6 months of phlebotomy experience
