Urology/GYN Oncology Infusion RN – Washington, DC
OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Urology/GYN Oncology Infusion RN to support outpatient oncology services in Washington, DC. This role focuses on administering chemotherapy, immunotherapy, and intravesical bladder treatments for patients with urologic and gynecologic cancers. Candidates must hold an active DC RN license at the time of submission.
LocationWashington, DC 20010 Local candidates within 60 miles follow local rate guidelines.
Assignment Details- Start Date: February 2, 2026
- Shift: Day shift 5×8 hours, Monday–Friday
- Hours: 08:00–16:30
- Charting System: Oncology Med Connect (Cerner)
- Active DC RN license (must be in hand to submit)
- BLS
- Chemo certification (ONS/ONCC)
- Minimum 2 years of outpatient oncology experience
- Experience administering:
- Chemotherapy
- Immunotherapy
- Intravesical bladder instillations for bladder cancer
- Chemotherapy/Immunotherapy provider card
- Infusion Center experience
- Outpatient Oncology
- Strong assessment, patient education, and treatment‑monitoring skills
- Ability to manage complex oncology regimens safely and efficiently
- Administer chemotherapy, immunotherapy, and specialty bladder treatments
- Provide comprehensive nursing care for Urology and GYN Oncology patients
- Monitor for adverse reactions and intervene promptly
- Collaborate with oncology providers, pharmacists, and infusion teams
- Maintain accurate documentation within Oncology Med Connect
- Support a patient‑centered, safety‑driven infusion environment
