Position:Enrolled Nurse (EN) – Community & In-Home Care
Location:Perth South & Surrounding Areas
Employment Type:Casual or Permanent Part-Time (Flexible Contracts)
Salary:$40 - $50 per hour+ travel allowances & penalties (where applicable)
Shifts:Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 4:30pm(with occasional additional hours)
Reporting To:Registered Nurse (Care Manager)

We’re looking for anexperienced Enrolled Nurse (EN)to join our team, assisting ourRN Care Managerin delivering top-quality clinical care in clients’ homes.
Your RoleAs anEnrolled Nurse (EN), you’ll providedirect clinical carewhile working closely with ourRN Care Managerto ensure clients receive safe, tailored support. Your role will include:
Clinical Care & Support
Administer medications (must be medication-endorsed).
Assist withwound care, continence management, and chronic disease support.
Monitor and report changes in client conditions to theRN Care Manager.
Care Planning & Assessments
Support assessmentsand contribute tocare plan developmentunder RN guidance.
Work with clients who havedementia, palliative needs, disabilities, or aged-care requirements.
Workautonomouslyin clients’ homes while staying connected with the care team.
GuidePersonal Care Assistants (PCAs)with clinical tasks as needed.
Compliance & Documentation
FollowAHPRA standards, Aged Care Quality & Safety guidelines, and company policies.
Maintainaccurate client recordsand assist with audits.

- Police Clearance, driver’s licence, andfully insured, registered vehicle.
- Reliable mobile phone for communication and documentation.
- Strong clinical judgement & ability to work independently.
