We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse – OB/GYN with postpartum/mother-baby experience. This is not a Labor & Delivery role. The nurse will provide safe, competent care in accordance with facility policies, standards, and philosophy, while offering professional leadership and support to the healthcare team. Patient-Centered Care serves as the foundation for all nursing practices, with a strong emphasis on Service Excellence.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver safe, competent nursing care to patients in OB/GYN settings
- Provide professional leadership and support to the healthcare team
- Apply Patient-Centered Care principles in all aspects of nursing practice
- Demonstrate Service Excellence standards consistently
- Fulfill patient, family, and community needs through appropriate care functions and tasks
- Care for patients undergoing vaginal delivery, C-section, and GYN surgery
- Graduate of an accredited or NLN-approved RN program
- Must have at least 2 years of recent experience in the specialty within the past 2 years.
- Postpartum/mother-baby experience required
- Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state/district
- Preferred Qualifications (if any)
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) highly desired
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
- BLS (Basic Life Support)
Note:
Candidates must reside at least 50 miles away from the facility.
