Are you an experienced nurse looking for an opportunity to formally lead? The Assistant Nursing Director role is a great position that allows you to remain close to the bedside but allows you to serve as a front-line nurse leader. Med Star Health is seeking a dedicated and engaged Assistant Nursing Director to lead the Surgical ICU team at Med Star Washington Hospital Center in Washington, D.C. As a member of our Division of Nursing’s (DON) leadership/management team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of patient care in this specialized field.

Minimum Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in nursing (Master's preferred)
- DC RN License
- Approximately three to four years of progressively more responsible job-related experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
