General Summary of Position

Nurses on 4F care for an acutely ill patient population with a variety of diagnoses. We commonly care for patients with tracheotomies and many who require mechanical ventilation. 4F is a great place to learn and develop your nursing skills as well as prioritize and manage changing patient conditions. 4F has a nursing team with a wide range of experience and allows for collaboration and knowledge-sharing to promote a high quality of care.

This 26-bed unit is a great place to become an expert Med/Surg nurse and be exposed to a variety of surgical nursing skills. The staff and nurses on 4F are highly skilled, motivated, and committed to excellence.

As a Clinical Nurse, you will provide skilled, compassionate care to patients and families across a spectrum of needs—from routine to highly complex. You will assess evolving patient conditions, identify actual and potential health concerns, and develop appropriate care plans. Interventions may be delivered directly or coordinated through collaboration with other members of the nursing team.

• ADN, BSN, MSN, or CNL from an accredited School of Nursing required.
• Prior Clinical Nursing Experience preferred.
• Active DC RN License and Basic Life Support for Healthcare providers required.

This position has a hiring range of $40.170 - $65.308
