Requirements:
Registered Nurse (RN) license
Job Duties and Responsibilities- The Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor directs and supervises the implementation of the resident care plan.
- The RN Supervisor coordinates and supervises all services on assigned units to achieve a comfortable and homelike atmosphere for residents.
- The Registered Nurse Supervisor regularly rounds on nursing units.
- The RN Supervisor creates a team-oriented atmosphere that enhances resident care and quality of life and provides support and direction for nurses.
- The Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor monitors and ensures that incidents, accidents and resident/staff complaints are reported and documented correctly.
