• First 6 months: work with an NP, PA, or Physician preceptor with 3+ years graduate clinical experience.
• Case‑review: appointment review with your preceptor.
• Assignments: clinical learning.
• Didactics: guided learning from faculty.
• Co‑managing a patient panel with acute, chronic and well visits.
• Treating patients in‑office, at testing centers or via tele‑health visits.
• Continuous learning during weekly Clinical Rounds and through other modalities.
• Ongoing collaboration with in‑office teammates via daily huddles and with virtual clinical teams.
• Utilization of your specific clinical training and opportunities to perform in‑office procedures.

• Graduation date between Spring 2025 - Fall 2025 from an accredited FNP or PA program with a national certification.
• Must already be licensed in Washington, DC.
• Must be board certified as an FNP or PA‑C by start date in May 2026.

This is a full‑time role based in our Farragut Square Office in Washington, DC
. One Medical is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The base salary range for this role is $122,100 per year. Final determination of starting pay may vary based on practice experience and patient care schedule.
