Public Policy Manager

Strong experience in partnerships, program management, community management, and stakeholder engagement

• Background in agency or corporate environments
• Experience working with companies, nonprofits, or agencies
• Proven ability to coordinate programs or campaigns in collaboration with organizations
• Demonstrated skill in building or leading communities of stakeholders
• Ability to organize and manage networks of advocates
• Experience coordinating fly-ins of advocates to meet with lawmakers (in Washington, DC or state capitals)
• Streamline internal processes and improve team communication

Develop, create, and execute policy experiences, events, and outreach programs to educate and inform policy stakeholders.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with teams including Policy, Product, Legal, Communications, and Partnerships to advance Meta’s policy goals.
• Build and manage partnerships with external stakeholders; represent Meta at events, conferences, coalition meetings, and working groups.
• Support engagement with policymakers, trade associations, industry partners, key opinion makers, non-profits, and other groups.
• Prepare Meta executives for meetings and public appearances involving third-party groups and stakeholders.
• Develop and lead internal processes to streamline team workflows and enhance cross-functional communication and collaboration.
