National Housing Trust Outreach and Impact VISTA (LitMN)
National Housing Trust (NHT) protects and improves affordable rental homes so low‑income individuals and families can live in quality neighborhoods with access to opportunities. Serving over 2,200 residents across twelve affordable housing communities in the Washington D.C., Maryland, and Virginia region, NHT addresses the intersection of housing stability, economic opportunity, and community resilience.
Member Duties- Build capacity for NHT's Community Outreach and Impact services by developing standardized indicators and evaluation tools to measure resident leadership, community ownership, and self‑sufficiency across 12 communities.
- Create training materials and guidance for Resident Service Coordinators.
- Integrate tracking systems into Salesforce and property service plans.
- Conduct site visits and community scans to identify and cultivate strategic partnerships.
