We’re looking for a Twitter native content creator to work alongside our CT Lead and communication teams. This role will be contributing to the company’s social presence. The ideal candidate is a seasoned & respected crypto twitter/X native that has a proven understanding of crypto twitter/X best practices.

• Creating high quality, engaging content for executive and brand channels, ensuring alignment with overall company messaging and brand voice.
• Making memes and posting bangers.
• Working directly with the policy team to deliver messaging in a social native way.
• Working cross-functionally on product and brand marketing campaigns to bring them to life on CT.
• Building content campaigns to deliver our corporate messaging in compelling, engaging ways.
• Monitoring Twitter/X trends, conversations, and competitor activity to identify opportunities for timely and relevant content creation.
• Standing up working processes and content systems between internal teams.
• Monitoring, advising on and responding to FUD through short and long term strategies.
• Engaging directly with the CT community, responding to mentions, and building relationships.
• Analyzing performance metrics to continuously optimize content strategy and improve engagement.
• Be flexible with working hours as crypto never sleeps and sometimes neither do we.

• Deep understanding of social and new media landscapes.
• Passion for crypto and economic freedom.
• Strong background in building and engaging with a social media following, especially on X.
• Meme proficiency.
• Fast learner. Can jump straight into our policy work.
• Proven experience as a talented copywriter and memer.
• Direct communication style; despises corporate speak.
• Thick skin – open to feedback and does not get emotionally affected.
• Born & raised in the Twitter/X trenches.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience creating content for other social media platforms.
• Solid working relationships with social and new media.
• Understanding of the regulatory, security, political, and technical landscapes influencing cryptocurrency.
• Experience with short-form video content and other social media platforms.

Pay Transparency Notice:
Depending on your work location, the target annual base salary for this position can range as detailed below. Full time offers from Coinbase also include bonus eligibility, equity eligibility, and benefits (including medical, dental, vision and 401(k)).

$140,080—$164,800 USD
