Join our fast‑growing Energy, Environment & Transportation Regulatory practices and support stakeholders across Washington, D.C., San Francisco, and our global offices. This role offers hands‑on experience across the full marketing and BD mix—from pitches and Chambers submissions to thought leadership, events, and internal engagement.
What You’ll Do- Support marketing campaigns, thought leadership, and profile‑raising initiatives
- Draft and distribute newsletters, alerts, and event communications
- Maintain marketing collateral, bios, credentials, and experience lists
- Assist with website updates, CRM lists, and directory submissions
- Support events, webinars, sponsor ships, and CLE programs
- Contribute to pitches, proposals, and experience databases
- Maintain internal resources, trackers, and client development tools
- Assist with planning, budgeting, and basic research
- 3+ years of marketing or BD experience (legal or professional services strongly preferred)
- Excellent writing, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Collaborative mindset and strong attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; interest in energy or environmental sectors is a plus

This position follows a hybrid schedule, with four days in the office and one day working remotely from home.
In Washington, D.C., the expected base salary range for this role is $62,000 to $77,000 per year.
This range reflects a good-faith estimate of pay at the time of posting; the actual compensation offered may vary depending on factors such as the candidate’s qualifications. This position is eligible for additional forms of compensation, which may include annual discretionary bonuses. Employees in this role are also eligible for benefits offered by the firm, subject to applicable plan terms and conditions, which currently include medical, dental, and vision insurance;
