APPLICATION LINKJOB DESCRIPTIONFour Lions Media (FLM) is looking to hire a new Account Manager. This role is the primary point of contact for clients and the internal hub for getting work done across the team. The Account Manager’s job is to ensure we are consistently in service to the client by coordinating people, timelines, approvals, and budgets.
Four Lions Media was built from the ground up by organizers, strategists, and creatives who believe in driving change, not just witnessing it. Combining deep experience in communications with innovative strategies, we’ve redefined video advertising by applying segmented targeting principles learned from our direct mail and digital experiences to deliver video in today’s media landscape. Guided by a profound understanding of what motivates people, our mission is to craft communications that not only capture attention but inspire action.
It’s how we started, and it’s how we will always work.
Qualifications for this role are:
- 3+ years relevant experience in account management, client services, project management, or campaign/agency operations (or equivalent experience).
- Strong client communication skills: clear, confident, responsive, and able to manage expectations.
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate complex workflows across internal teams and external contractors, with consistent follow-through.
- Excellent project management skills: scoping, timelines, prioritization, risk management, and documentation.
- Comfort working with budgets, invoices, and basic financial tracking, plus maintaining projections and updates.
- Strong writing skills for briefs, updates, memos, and internal documentation.
- Attention to detail, especially around approvals, versioning, and deadlines.
- Ability to stay calm and effective in high-volume or time-sensitive cycles.
- Understanding of progressive politics and public issues, and comfort operating in campaign-style environments.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills; comfortable working asynchronously.
Nice to have:
- Experience using a variety of advocacy platforms and tools
- Up to date with digital organizing best practices, metrics/reporting, creative production workflows, and paid media concepts
- Prior work with unions/advocacy/candidates.
