$50,000 – $52,000

• Assist with the execution of contesting and promotions on stations in Washington, D.C.
• Manage prize fulfillment process and winner fulfillment.
• Daily Spanish/English translation for Spanish station, El Zol.
• Coordinate with Sales, Programming and third‑party partners on prize and promotion details.
• Handle listener relations: email, phone calls, follow‑up with winners and paperwork.
• Work closely with Programming and Creative Departments to ensure station positioning and branding in all marketing, imaging, promotions and digital media.
• Assist with contesting, social media copy and graphic design for stations, as needed.
• Write material terms for station contests, and work with Washington, D.C. teams on larger station promotions.
• Follow all legal contesting requirements and disclosures with support from legal.
• Work with Promotion Directors to ensure contest and department compliance including posting contest rules, material terms, maintaining contest files, and promotional agreements within company policy.
• Handle recaps for corporate promotional initiatives for the markets.
• Collaborate with Sales and Programming Departments on promotion ideation for client and brand initiatives.
• Event marketing based on needs from each station.
• Other duties assigned by Manager.
• Attend sales meetings, client meetings and station meetings, as needed.
• Position reports to SVP/MM Audacy Washington, D.C.

• First‑rate organizational skills are a must.
• Experience working in a fast paced environment able to juggle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Demonstrated oral and written communication skills.
• Self‑starter with the ability to work independently and multi‑task.
• Experience using Google Workspace, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
• Knowledge of promotion software, including Vibes, Audience and Promo Suite.
• Graphics experience (Canva, Photoshop, etc.).
• Occasional night or weekend work.
• MUST BE BI‑LINGUAL: fluent Spanish and English written and spoken.
• Three years’ experience executing marketing and promotions campaigns.
• Bachelor’s degree in Liberal Arts or equivalent.
• A valid driver’s license and satisfactory motor vehicle record check. Proof of insurance required if personal vehicle used.
