Longwell Partners – You Tube Media Buyer (Political) Description

Longwell Partners is a full‑service pro‑democracy communications firm based in Washington, DC. We specialize in high‑profile political projects—including The Bulwark, Home of the Brave, and Republican Voters Against Trump—and we’re looking for a You Tube media buyer specialist to design and deliver targeted digital campaigns that reach influential audiences and drive measurable impact.

If you’re a creative problem‑solver with hands‑on experience managing You Tube ad campaigns, and you’re motivated by the chance to put those skills to work advancing a pro‑democracy mission, we’d love to hear from you.

About the Role

This role is ideal for someone with experience planning and executing paid media campaigns who thrives in a fast‑paced, mission‑driven environment and wants their work to make a real difference in today’s political landscape. You’ll play a key part in shaping how our campaigns reach and persuade audiences, turning data and creative strategy into meaningful political impact.

Working closely with senior members of the political and media teams, you’ll take ownership of campaign setup, management, and performance, specifically, but ultimately not limited to, You Tube, while also contributing to broader communications and messaging strategy. You’ll have opportunities to expand into other channels, such as Meta ads and connected TV.

It’s a hands‑on role where you’ll test strategies, analyze results, and translate insights into actionable improvements. You’ll collaborate with colleagues who value curiosity, precision, and creativity, and you’ll help bring to life some of the most dynamic pro‑democracy campaigns in the country.

Outside of election season, you’ll also contribute to research, political strategy, and communications projects that support our ongoing advocacy work.

Your Responsibilities
  • Plan, launch, and manage paid campaigns on Google Ads Manager
  • Execute campaigns with precise targeting, budgeting, and scheduling to achieve acquisition and persuasion goals.
  • Monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement optimizations to improve reach, efficiency, and ROI.
  • Produce reports and insights for internal teams to evaluate results and guide messaging strategy.
Why Join Us?
  • Base salary: $60,000 – $85,000
  • 100% covered medical insurance
  • Metro‑accessible, downtown DC location
  • Opportunities to learn, innovate, and grow within a mission‑driven, high‑performance team that values hard work, initiative, and collaboration
How to Apply

We look forward to hearing from you!
