As a Communications Associate, you will play a crucial role in supporting our internal and external communication efforts, helping to foster effective communication strategies and enhance our organizational brand.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in creating and distributing content for various communication channels including social media, blogs, and newsletters.
  • Support the development and execution of communication plans for internal initiatives and external outreach.
  • Monitor media coverage and prepare reports on communication efforts and engagement metrics.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather information and develop comprehensive communication materials.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate innovative ideas for campaigns and projects.
  • Update and maintain the company's website and social media accounts to ensure current and relevant information is available.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create clear and engaging content.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Basic understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing strategies.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also being self‑motivated and proactive.
