As a Communications Associate, you will play a crucial role in supporting our internal and external communication efforts, helping to foster effective communication strategies and enhance our organizational brand.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in creating and distributing content for various communication channels including social media, blogs, and newsletters.
- Support the development and execution of communication plans for internal initiatives and external outreach.
- Monitor media coverage and prepare reports on communication efforts and engagement metrics.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather information and develop comprehensive communication materials.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate innovative ideas for campaigns and projects.
- Update and maintain the company's website and social media accounts to ensure current and relevant information is available.
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create clear and engaging content.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite.
- Basic understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing strategies.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
