Communications Specialist – Am Law 100 Firm
An international Am Law 100 law firm is seeking a Communications Specialist to join its growing Marketing & Business Development team.
Location: DC (Hybrid)
About the Role: This position supports the firm’s PR and Marketing Communications function, partnering closely with the PR Manager and broader Mar Comm team.
Key Responsibilities- Draft press releases
, media pitches, and conduct media research - Support light media outreach (
optional but a plus) - Assist with Linked In-focused social media content
- Heavy Power Point work, including executive/partner presentations
- Contribute to internal communications
, quarterly town halls, and leadership materials - Work closely with senior partners and firm leadership—polish and professionalism required
- Strong, detail-oriented writer with experience in PR, communications, or a legal‑services environment
- Comfortable with Linked In content and cadence
- Skilled in stakeholder communication and executive‑level support
- Experience preparing polished presentations
