Base pay range$55,000.00/yr - $70,000.00/yr
We're hiring an Account Coordinator to join our agency team. This role combines hands‑on digital marketing execution with client account management, making it ideal for someone who wants to build both technical marketing skills and client relationship experience.
This is a growth‑oriented position with opportunities to specialize in areas like project management, strategy, or specific marketing channels based on your interests and strengths.
What You’ll Do Digital Marketing Execution- Assist in developing and executing digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels (social media, email, PPC, SEO)
- Create and schedule social media content for client accounts
- Build and send email marketing campaigns, including copywriting and design
- Monitor campaign performance and compile analytics reports
- Conduct keyword research and assist with SEO optimization
- Source imagery, manage content entry, and proofread marketing materials
- Stay current on digital marketing trends and platform updates
- Edit photos and videos
- Develop scripts for videos
- Write website content
- Serve as a day‑to‑day contact for assigned client accounts
- Manage incoming client requests and coordinate responses with internal teams
- Prepare client‑facing reports and presentations
- Participate in client calls and meetings to provide updates and gather feedback
- Ensure client deliverables are completed on time and meet quality standards
- Collaborate with strategists, designers, and developers to keep projects on track
- Manage timelines and help organize resources across multiple client projects
- Track budgets and ensure projects stay within scope
Identify potential issues early and communicate proactively with the team
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field, equivalent practical experience, OR completed an in‑person internship at a marketing agency or similar fast‑paced environment
- Strong writing skills with attention to grammar, tone, and brand voice
- Familiarity with major social media platforms and their best practices
- Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts (SEO, PPC, email marketing, content marketing)
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines
- Strong communication skills and comfort interacting with clients professionally
- Experience with marketing platforms (Mailchimp, Constant Contact)
- Familiarity with Google Analytics and social media analytics
- Basic knowledge of Word Press or other content management systems
- Exposure to project management tools (Basecamp)
- Experience with Canva or basic graphic design tools
- Understanding of Google Ads and Facebook Ads platforms
- Google Analytics or Google Ads certification
