Resonate is hiring an Associate Product Marketing Manager to support core product marketing initiatives across our SaaS and DaaS offerings. This role is ideal for someone early in their product marketing career who is excited to learn how products go to market, how messaging is built, and how sales teams are enabled.
You’ll work closely with Product Marketing, Product Management, Sales, Customer Success and Marketing partners to execute messaging, support go‑to‑market activities, build enablement assets, and develop a strong understanding of our products, customers, and competitive landscape. With coaching and guidance, you’ll take on increasing scope and ownership as you grow toward a Product Marketing Manager role.
Key Responsibilities Messaging & Positioning- Support the development and maintenance of product messaging, positioning statements, and proof points
- Update and refine existing messaging frameworks, one-pagers, and battle cards with guidance
- Ensure messaging is accurate, customer-focused, and aligned to brand standards
- Assist in executing go-to-market activities for product launches and updates
- Translate product briefs into draft messaging and launch deliverables under direction
- Coordinate timelines, inputs, and reviews across cross-functional partners
- Create and update sales enablement assets such as pitch decks, one-pagers, competitive summaries, and customer stories
- Help maintain an organized, accessible enablement library
- Incorporate feedback from Sales and Customer Success to improve usability and clarity
- Build foundational product knowledge by partnering with Product and Engineering
- Support internal knowledge sharing through documentation, FAQs, and release summaries
- Shadow Sales and Customer Success calls to understand customer workflows, objections, and use cases
- Gather and organize competitive intelligence and market inputs
- Maintain trackers and summaries that support PMM analysis and decision-making
- Assist with win/loss analysis and customer research initiatives
- Collaborate effectively with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success on defined initiatives
- Communicate progress, risks, and learnings clearly and proactively
- Participate in team meetings and internal forums to share updates and insights
- Use AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) to support research, drafting, and synthesis
- Validate outputs for accuracy and relevance before sharing
- Learn and apply best practices for efficient, responsible AI use
- BA/BS In Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
- 2–5 years of experience in product marketing or related role (e.g., marketing, enablement, content, solutions marketing)
- Experience using AI tools to automate tasks and reduce workload (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.)
- Storytelling superpower: you translate technicals into crisp, customer outcomes for executive and practitioner audiences
- Demonstrated ownership of messaging & positioning, GTM launches (support role), and sales enablement collateral in a B2B environment (SaaS or data/tech preferred)
- Product mastery mindset: hands‑on with the product; you validate claims yourself and can demo a problem‑solution narrative end-to-end
- Discovery bias: you proactively talk to the right people (customers, prospects, PMs, AEs/SEs, CS) to understand market, ICPs, personas, use cases, and objections—and you turn those inputs into decisions
