Position Summary
Four Block is seeking a Brand & Marketing Manager to own and scale the brand and marketing systems that power national growth—supporting employer engagement, industry-aligned programming, and partner enablement.
This role is responsible for creating brand messaging, marketing materials, templates, flyers, and activation toolkits, and for ensuring those assets are distributed effectively through partner networks, internal teams, and digital channels. The Brand & Marketing Manager will also manage Hub Spot-based marketing execution, including content management, automations, and customer journeys, ensuring a cohesive and scalable brand experience across the Four Block ecosystem.
The ideal candidate is both creative and systems-driven, deeply fluent in social platforms, highly competent in Hub Spot, enthusiastic about AI-enabled marketing tools, and effective at enabling partners and internal teams to activate the Four Block brand with clarity and consistency.
OverviewCore Responsibilities
- Brand Messaging & Asset Creation
- Develop and maintain brand messaging frameworks that clearly articulate Four Block’s value proposition across audiences
- Design and manage marketing materials, including templates, flyers, one-pagers, presentations, and digital collateral
- Build and maintain a centralized library of brand-approved assets using Canva as the primary design platform
- Ensure all materials adhere to Four Block’s brand standards, voice, and visual identity
- Partner Activation, Toolkits & Distribution Enablement
- Create and manage partner and distribution toolkits that include brand messaging, marketing materials, templates, flyers, and activation guidance
- Develop a standardized set of brand and marketing materials that enable consistent activation across:
- Employer and partner engagement
- Four Block campus network promotion and recruitment
- Four Block chapter network activation
- Coach and career readiness instructor engagement
- Internal Growth, Strategy, and Partnerships teams
- Ensure toolkits are easy to deploy, brand-safe, and adaptable by audience, region, or industry
- Support Industry Pathways and Industry Cluster programming through targeted brand messaging, marketing materials, and activation toolkits
- Collaborate closely with the Growth & Strategy Team and Partnerships Team to align activation materials with organizational priorities
- Social Media Platform Strategy & Execution
- Lead and grow Four Block’s social media presence across Linked In, Instagram, Facebook, Tik Tok, and X
- Develop and manage a centralized social media and marketing calendar aligned to campaigns, programs, and industry pathways
