Pay Levels: $16.66 + $2.00 shift differential

• Support daily production activities on the manufacturing floor.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Follow all safety protocols and company procedures.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals.
• Perform basic equipment and materials handling tasks.
• Work is performed in a warehouse or industrial setting.
• Exposure to varying temperatures (32°F to 45°F) and loud environment. Hearing protection is provided and required.
• Frequent contact with water and chemicals, primarily chlorine.
• Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) is mandatory.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and stoop for extended periods (up to 10–12 hours per shift).
• Ability to climb stairs and perform repetitive motion tasks.
• Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds.
• Ability to distinguish colors is required.
• Must be able to read and write in English, Spanish or native language.
• Reliable attendance is essential.

• Level 1: $16.66/hour - Entry-level, new hires
• Level 2: $17.00/hour – Satisfactory performance and attendance
• Level 3: $17.50/hour – High performance, experience, cross-training
