• On our team, you’ll implement and maintain organizational programs in support of our client. You’ll work with program leadership to review contracts, project cost accounting, and tactical planning using tools such as MS Project, Atlassian Jira, and Confluence, and regular interactions with clients and customers. The real power of project management comes from communication to ensure the program achieves its goals and meets our quality standards.
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure the program stays on a productive path and aligns with broader mission goals.

• 7+ years of experience with the Department of Defense or federal program and project management
• 4+ years of experience with scheduling
• 4+ years of experience with testing and evaluation, including SOVT, ATP, or DOT & E
• Experience identifying trends and targeted areas of improvement
• Knowledge of EVM, contracts, and Shipbuilder CDRLs
• Ability to integrate schedules with other program documentation and reporting
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment

• 3+ years of experience with Earned Value Management
• 2+ years of experience in financial management and PPBE
• Experience with the Department of Navy Projects and Shipbuilding Projects
• Knowledge of Aegis Weapon Systems and Combat Systems
• Ability to pay strict attention to detail
• Possession of excellent analysis and problem-solving skills
• Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $77,600.00 to $ (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
