- Master's Degree or above
- A minimum of 20 years of program management experience with demonstrated experience in a supervisory capacity responsible for highly effective support in planning, developing, integrating, and executing major research, engineering, and development efforts, and technology development programs for defense agencies with extensive and diversified requirements.
- Experience developing software solutions to integrate existing enterprise systems, including TRIRIGA, the SPMD Rent Billing application, and MAXIMO.
- Ability to create an interface to integrate TRIRIGA for the Real Property Inventory and Space Portfolio Management databases with the MAXIMO work orders for maintenance and repair actions throughout the portfolio.
- Experience developing integrations between the TRIRIGA databases and the SPMD Rent Billing system.
- Proficiency in uploading and managing CADD drawings within TRIRIGA.
