We are seeking a skilled CNC Tech to join our team on a full-time basis. This on-site role, located in the Washington DC-Baltimore area, involves operating, troubleshooting, and maintaining CNC machinery for custom fabrication projects. The CNC Tech will be responsible for performing routine and preventive maintenance, troubleshooting equipment issues, and ensuring optimal machine performance to meet production goals. Collaboration with other team members and adherence to safety protocols are key aspects of this role.

• Proficiency in troubleshooting and solving technical issues related to CNC equipment
• Experience with preventive maintenance practices, ensuring reliable machine performance over time
• Knowledge of instrumentation and calibration methods for effective machine setup and efficiency
• Understanding of electricity and electrical systems related to CNC operations
• Strong attention to detail, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and excellent problem-solving skills
• Experience in the glass fabrication or manufacturing industry is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training is preferred
