Alpha operates differently from conventional schools. We are a technology startup demonstrating that every student possesses exceptional potential. Our students complete their core academic requirements in only two hours daily through AI-driven applications, dedicating the remainder of their day to competencies that matter in the real world: public speaking, critical reasoning, collaborative challenges, and meaningful project work. There are no traditional lectures.
No unnecessary assignments. Only accelerated mastery and top 1% performance outcomes nationally. Families expect service at a concierge level. You will continuously defend this approach against concerns about screen exposure, skepticism from traditional education advocates, and resistance rooted in disbelief.
During the initial launch phase through year one, this position functions as an enrollment sales role. You are responsible for the complete pipeline—from initial inquiry through executed enrollment agreements—including conversion metrics and CRM oversight. We do not launch a campus with fewer than 25 enrolled students. Meeting this threshold is your responsibility. You will facilitate compelling information sessions, lead individualized campus visits, pursue follow-ups with persistence, and secure commitments.
After achieving 25 enrollments and bringing an admissions director onboard, your responsibilities transition to serving as the campus s chief parent-facing executive. You will cultivate loyalty, address concerns with exceptional service standards, and convert satisfied families into vocal advocates who actively recruit others.

- Take full ownership of the enrollment sales pipeline during year 0-1—from initial inquiry through executed agreement—managing conversion targets and CRM operations until the 25-student threshold is achieved
- Facilitate information sessions and campus visits that successfully convert interested families while strategically declining those who represent poor alignment (declining inappropriate families is equally essential to accepting suitable ones)
- Function as the principal point of contact for affluent families investing $40K+ annually, delivering exceptional service that transforms parents into advocates
- Establish community presence through consistent on-campus availability during morning arrival (7-9am) and afternoon departure (2-4pm) hours, while dedicating most daytime hours to external relationship-building through coffee conversations, networking activities, and community partnerships
- Advocate for Alpha s AI-driven educational model when engaging with skeptical parents who express concerns about screen exposure and alternative educational approaches
- Convert parents into champions by creating outstanding experiences that motivate families to actively recruit within their networks
- Maintaining standard 9-5 business hours (early morning availability, late afternoon presence, and evening commitments are essential)
- Operating within established procedures and standardized frameworks (you will create systems in a startup context)
- Depending on administrative personnel, marketing departments, or enrollment support teams (you operate independently)
- Admitting every applicant family (strategic selectivity is a fundamental capability)
- Working primarily from a desk (this position demands consistent community engagement and relationship cultivation)
