Overview

Senzing Worldwide Public Sector Vice President of Sales

Coverage Area:
Global Public Sector Markets including US Intelligence Community, Department of Defense, allied Military/Defense agencies worldwide, and State/Local/Education (SLED)

Senzing is revolutionizing how government agencies worldwide tackle critical challenges—from preventing fraud and forced labor to enhancing threat finance investigations and identifying bad actors. As Vice President of Worldwide Public Sector Sales, you'll lead the strategic development and execution of our global government sales strategy, building and scaling high-performing teams that advance entity resolution technology to protect national security and public safety across multiple continents.

This is a transformational leadership opportunity to shape and expand Senzing's global public sector footprint while making tangible impact on high-visibility, mission-critical projects. You'll scale our established worldwide customer base while driving penetration into new markets and opportunities. We're seeking a strategic sales leader who can balance hands-on customer engagement with team development and organizational leadership.

Responsibilities

What You'll Do

As the executive leader of Senzing's worldwide public sector sales organization, you'll drive strategy, team development, and revenue growth:

Strategic Leadership & Vision:

  • Define and execute the global public sector go-to-market strategy, establishing market priorities, sales methodologies, and growth targets across IC/DOD/MOD and SLED markets
  • Build multi-year strategic plans that align with Senzing's corporate objectives while addressing the unique requirements of diverse government markets
  • Establish sales metrics, forecasting methodologies, and pipeline management disciplines that ensure predictable revenue attainment
  • Partner with executive leadership to shape product roadmap priorities based on public sector market requirements

Team Building & Development:

  • Recruit, develop, and lead a world-class team of account executives, sales engineers, and sales operations professionals across multiple geographies
  • Create a performance-driven culture that balances individual accountability with collaborative team success
  • Implement coaching, training, and professional development programs that accelerate team capabilities in complex government sales
  • Design compensation structures and incentive programs that attract and retain top public sector sales talent

Revenue Growth & Account Management:

  • Own worldwide public sector revenue targets, consistently meeting and exceeding annual bookings and consumption goals
  • Steward and expand our existing global portfolio of government accounts while driving aggressive new business development in underserved markets
  • Personally engage in strategic account relationships, particularly with high-value prospects and mission-critical customer escalations
  • Develop account penetration strategies that expand Senzing's footprint within large government organizations across all markets

Market Development & Expansion:

  • Scale Senzing's presence in international defense and intelligence markets, building on existing customer success in allied nations
  • Accelerate growth in established markets while identifying and entering new high-potential government sectors
  • Build and execute SLED market entry strategies, identifying high-potential states, municipalities, and education institutions
  • Navigate diverse procurement landscapes including US federal contracting vehicles, international defense frameworks, and state/local purchasing processes
  • Develop partnerships with global system integrators, resellers, and government-focused technology partners

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Work closely with product management, engineering, and solution architecture teams to ensure offerings meet government requirements including security, compliance, and deployment flexibility
  • Partner with marketing to develop public sector messaging, thought leadership, and demand generation programs
