The Social Impact Integration team at JPMorgan Chase is responsible for defining and maintaining the firm’s operatingسون system for its social impact agenda. As a Vice President on this team, you will help design and operate this infrastructure by connecting impact priorities to the U.S. business strategy, supporting disciplined management routines, and ensuring senior leaders have the clarity and insight needed to execute successfully.

The role requires strategic thinking, operational discipline, governance design, and executive-level communication skills to ensure that the enterprise has the operating model required for delivery by business and corporate functions. You will need to be comfortable operating in ambiguity while driving clarity and results.

• Translate high-level firmwide impact priorities into structured work plans, milestones, dependencies, timelines, and frameworks.
• Support the development and ongoing management of the firm’s social impact operating model including charters, templates, decision logs, and work plans.
• Prepare and manage oversight processes to assess progress and inform senior leadership review cycles (monthly, quarterly, annual).
• Partner with impact pillar teams, market leaders, Strategy, Corporate Responsibility, and functional partners to ensure execution teams have the needed support.
• Develop executive-ready presentations and materials for the Social Impact Forum and senior leadership meetings.
• Support the management and tracking of social impact commitments, disclosures, and external statements.
• Monitor peer practices and external trends to bolster the firm’s impact operating model and inform continuous improvement.

• 7+ years of experience in management consulting, social impact governance, social impact strategy, or program management.
• Strong ability to structure ambiguous problems and develop frameworks in a matrixed environment.
• Exceptional communication skills, including crafting executive-ready presentations.
• Demonstrated experience designing and running centralized project management offices.
• Ability to lead processes acrossարս multiple stakeholders without direct authority.
• High proficiency in analytical reasoning to synthesize nuanced information for senior leadership.
