This is a full-time, on-site role based in Washington, DC, for a Quality Control Specialist. The Quality Control Specialist will ensure compliance with company standards and client expectations by performing property inspections, reviewing documentation, and maintaining quality assurance measures. Responsibilities also include identifying areas for improvement, implementing corrective actions, and assisting team members in upholding operational processes and procedures. Working closely with property management teams, this role ensures the delivery of excellent service and the optimal management of real estate assets.
Qualifications- Knowledge and experience in property management practices and operational standards.
- Strong organizational, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in conducting inspections, reviewing documentation, and implementing quality control measures.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams and at all levels of the organization.
- Proficiency in utilizing property management software and relevant technology tools is preferred.
- Experience in analyzing performance metrics and developing improvement strategies is an asset.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Property Management, or a related field is preferred; relevant experience may be considered.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
