The AVOS Team Lead coordinates daily field operations, ensuring customer service, efficiency, and safety. Responsibilities include guiding staff, managing driver check-ins, scheduling, and maintaining safety protocols to ensure smooth operations.

• Guide field staff to provide excellent customer service and maintain operational efficiency safely.
• Manage driver check-in processes, schedules, and daily tasks.
• Supervise targets and adjust schedules for efficiency.
• Ensure driver compliance with guidelines and safety practices.
• Monitor breaks and handle disciplinary actions when necessary.
• Assist dispatch and operations teams, including training and routine interactions.
• Manage location operations under the General Manager’s guidance.
• Participate in disciplinary procedures and other assigned tasks.

• High school diploma or GED;
  Bachelor’s preferred.
• Minimum 3 years supervisory experience.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Availability for various shifts (24-hour schedule).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
