Overview
Overview: The Managerial Consultant serves as a trusted thought partner and strategic extension of leadership-directly supporting the SVP of Risk Adjustment-by advancing strategic, financial, and operational priorities across the enterprise. This role translates complex healthcare, financial, and regulatory information into clear, actionable insights that inform enterprise-wide decision making. It drives disciplined planning and content development to ensure clarity, consistency, and organizational readiness;
crafts crisp, insight-driven narratives for executive audiences; and leads structured problem solving on ambiguous, high-impact issues. Through close partnership across RA team pillars, the Consultant supports strategy development, execution, and performance tracking while maintaining strong organizational rigor around deliverables, timelines, and follow-through. Highly proactive and detail-oriented, this role anticipates leadership needs and consistently elevates the quality and impact of communications and deliverables.
Job Summary
Serves as a lead consultant to ensure the alignment, buy-in, and coordination of diverse stakeholders to drive the implementation of strategic business initiatives and projects/programs across multiple functional tracks or work streams. Drives business strategy, organizational alignment, and prioritization of business initiatives. Leads the work of project/program team members. Provides expertise and drives the development and implementation of business initiatives, systems, and/or processes to a desired future state.
Manages complex, cross-functional projects/programs, and serves as an expert in the proactive monitoring and identification of client, project, program, and/or business risks. Designs, leads, and serves as an expert for change management plans associated with business initiatives. Leads assessment of strategic performance metrics to support business initiatives. Participates in vendor management as required. Monitors compliance of work activities by ensuring business plans and team members adhere to relevant policies and procedures.
Essential Responsibilities
