The Manager of Operations/ Office Manager will oversee firmwide administration, optimize workflows, and manage tax-related operations. This role ensures efficient internal processes and exceptional client service.
Responsibilities- Oversee daily operations and administrative functions
- Maintain policies, documentation, and firm processes
- Coordinate tax cycles and support processing tasks
- Manage billing and internal reporting
- Analyze operational data and recommend improvements
- Ensure workflow accuracy, efficiency, and compliance
- Provide high-level support to internal teams and client operations
- 5+ years in a CPA or tax-focused professional services environment
- Strong knowledge of tax operations and seasonal workflows
- Ability to support or process business tax returns
- Experience with billing and administrative systems
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
