We are searching for a strategy and organizational Senior Consultant to help clients execute against their mission effectively and efficiently, work collaboratively with client teams, and address their most pressing challenges. From implementing new policies to standardizing operations across offices, we work side-by-side with government leaders to solve important problems.
You will work with the client engagement team and coach and mentor junior consultants, with responsibility for client engagement, solution implementation, and critical problem solving.

We are seeking a strategy and organizational Senior Consultant to help clients execute against their mission effectively and efficiently, and to work collaboratively with clients to address their most pressing challenges. You will work with government leaders to solve important problems, from implementing new policies to standardizing operations across offices.
You will lead activities with the client engagement team, coach and mentor junior consultants, and have responsibility for client engagement, solution implementation, and critical problem solving.
- Lead the development of high-quality client deliverables that meet client requirements
- Develop detailed project schedules to monitor performance
- Identify and manage project risks and issues
- Develop detailed status reports for individual programs
- Work with diverse stakeholders to fully understand business requirements and interdependencies
- Work with stakeholders to help keep projects on time and within budget
- Lead the facilitation of client meetings, work groups, or interviews
- Provide guidance, coaching, and quality assurance to junior staff
- 3+ years of management consulting experience
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university
- Must be able to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a Federal or DoD Public Trust; candidates must obtain approved adjudication prior to onboarding
- Based on contractual obligations, candidate must be located within the United States and be a US Citizen
- Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills
- Ability to thrive in client service and team-based environments, especially with unstructured problems
- Strong attention to detail, well organized, and ability to self-prioritize multiple activities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- This will be a hybrid role requiring 3-5 days on-site
- PMP or other project or program management certification
- Experience with Federal, state, or local transportation organizations
- Experience with the Federal government / Public Sector
- Active PUBLIC TRUST or SUITABILITY
The annual salary range is $98,000.00–$. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including skill sets, experience, training, security clearances, and other business needs.
