Event Management Services for the 2027 Capital Coaches Conference
The International Coaching Federation (ICF) Metro DC Chapter invites experienced event management firms to partner with us on the 2027 Capital Coaches Conference (CCC) — one of the premier coaching conferences in the country. With 400–450 attendees, nationally recognized speakers, and a mission-driven theme, Keep Humanity at the Coaching Core, the CCC offers a unique opportunity to design and deliver a high-impact, thoughtfully curated professional event.
We are seeking an events manager to lead end-to-end planning and execution, including venue selection, vendor management, marketing coordination, sponsorship support, on-site management, and post-event wrap-up. The engagement spans June 2026 through November 2027 and requires a strategic partner who excels at both operational excellence and creating meaningful attendee experiences.
