Your main responsibilities

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for full cycle project management of high-quality, financially successful new installations. You will collaborate with sales representatives, field superintendents and customers to meet specifications and resolve technical issues.

Project Management - Oversee modernization projects to ensure efficient, profitable close-out. Provide approved submittals and ensure timely delivery of materials from vendors. Collaborate with the Field Superintendents to monitor job progress and address potential delays with action plans. Partner with Engineering and local & regional management for successful completion of the project. Maintain vendor relationships and assist with monthly forecasting and budget planning.

Identify change notice opportunities, prepare paperwork, and secure customer approvals before work begins.

Financial Ownership - Manage project revenue, size, and adherence to fulfillment guidelines. Ensure timely invoicing, targeting 90% payment prior to elevator turnover.

What you bring

Bachelor's Degree Required

Major:
Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management preferred

Project Management or Finance with at least 5 years of proven project management experience; 3-7 years' experience leading projects and coordinating resources

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel

Experience in elevator or related building systems industry

Familiarity with SAP, Lotus Notes, and project management software like Procore

Ability to read schematics and blueprints Required Strong financial acumen
