About the Role

The Program Manager plays a critical role in ensuring the quality, consistency, and effectiveness of Changing Perceptions’ direct service programming. Reporting to the Chief Program Officer, the Program Manager is responsible for supervising case managers, providing oversight of participant services, and ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant documentation within the organization’s case management system. This role serves as the connective tissue between program design and day‑to‑day implementation—supporting staff performance, strengthening service delivery, and ensuring that participant data, case notes, and outcomes align with internal standards, funder requirements, and best practices in trauma‑informed care.

What

You’ll Do Program & Staff Supervision
  • Provide direct supervision, coaching, and performance management for case managers
  • Support staff in developing and implementing high‑quality, individualized service plans aligned with participant goals
  • Conduct regular check‑ins, case reviews, and supervision meetings to ensure accountability and professional growth
  • Identify training needs and support ongoing staff development in trauma‑informed care, documentation standards, and service delivery
Case Management System Oversight & Data Integrity
  • Oversee accurate, timely, and compliant data entry in the organization’s case management system
  • Review case notes, service plans, assessments, and participant records for completeness, quality, and alignment with internal policies and funder requirements
  • Ensure staff adherence to documentation timelines, data standards, and confidentiality requirements
  • Collaborate with leadership to improve workflows, reporting processes, and system utilization
Program Quality & Compliance
  • Monitor program implementation to ensure fidelity to grant requirements, internal policies, and service models
  • Support program reporting, audits, and monitoring efforts by ensuring documentation readiness and data accuracy
  • Identify trends, gaps, or risks in service delivery and recommend improvements to enhance participant outcomes
Cross‑Functional Collaboration
  • Serve as a key liaison between frontline staff and senior leadership, elevating operational insights and recommendations
  • Contribute to program planning, evaluation, and continuous improvement efforts
Community & Organizational Contribution
  • Participate in team meetings, training, and organizational planning sessions
  • Support a positive, accountable, and mission‑aligned team culture rooted in equity, respect, and transparency
  • Represent Changing Perceptions professionally in internal and external settings as needed
What We’re Looking For
  • You have a Bachelor’s degree in Human Services or Social Work
  • You have 3‑5 years of experience in a program manager role or equivalent
  • You have experience supervising case managers or direct service staff in a human services, nonprofit, or re‑entry‑focused environment
