This is a full-time, on-site role for a Hotel General Manager located in the Washington DC-Baltimore Area. The Hotel General Manager will oversee daily operations, ensuring guest satisfaction through high-quality customer service, efficient management of staff, and seamless coordination across departments. They will manage budgets, oversee food and beverage services, and implement business strategies to optimize profitability and operational efficiency. The role also involves ensuring compliance with safety and quality regulations, as well as maintaining a positive and productive work environment for team members.
Qualifications- Proven expertise in General Management and Business Management.
- Strong skills in Customer Service and the ability to foster exceptional guest experiences.
- Experience in Budgeting and financial planning to ensure cost-effective operations.
- Knowledge and experience managing Food & Beverage operations, with a focus on quality and compliance.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to lead and mentor a dynamic team.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and capacity to adapt to changing business needs.
- Hospitality industry experience required; a bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field is a plus.
