Investment Banking Vice President - Industrials

We are working with a leading investment bank that is looking to add a Vice President to its Diversified Industrials group.

This is a high-impact position leading transactions across manufacturing, aerospace & defense, transportation, and building products. The VP will manage deal teams, serve as a key client contact, and contribute to business development initiatives while ensuring flawless transaction execution.

• Lead execution of M&A, recapitalizations, and equity/debt financing transactions.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, driving strategic discussions and relationship management.
• Oversee creation of models, valuations, and presentation materials.
• Manage and mentor associates and analysts across multiple live projects.
• Identify new business opportunities and contribute to firmwide origination efforts.
• Represent the group at client meetings and industry events.

• 5–8+ years of investment banking or equivalent transaction experience.
• Demonstrated ability to lead sell-side and buy-side M&A processes.
• Strong background in financial modeling, valuation, and corporate finance.
• Excellent client relationship management and leadership skills.
• Series 79 and 63 licenses (or ability to obtain).

• Proven leadership, strong presence, and the ability to influence at the senior executive level.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple high-priority tasks.
