Warehouse Supervisor

Responsibilities

Position Responsibilities:

* The Warehouse Supervisor, in collaboration with the Warehouse Manager, ensures the receipt, coordination, and safety of goods coming through the warehouse

* As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will ensure that orders arrive and are dispatched on time to the appropriate destinations and in the expected quantities

* You will staff, schedule, train, evaluate, and develop warehouse team members

* You will oversee warehouse productivity by ensuring that customer schedules are met and operational efficiency is maximized

* You will allocate necessary space for stock rotation, maintain appropriate inventory levels, and implement product loss controls

* Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Required

Education and Experience:

* Minimum 2-4 years of experience working in a warehouse, transportation, purchasing, customer service, sales or similar supply chain department

High school diploma required
