Site Development Project Manager

Are you ready to shape the landscape of Washington, DC and the DC metropolitan area? RK&K is expanding and looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Site Development Project Manager to lead transformative land development projects in the region.

In this leadership role, you'll manage diverse projects and talented teams, collaborate with clients, and make a lasting impact on the communities we serve.

Essential Functions

• Lead site and land development projects from concept to completion
• Manage scope, budget, and schedules with precision
• Collaborate directly with clients to ensure alignment and satisfaction
• Guide and mentor engineering staff and subconsultants
• Ensure quality control and compliance across all deliverables
• Represent RK&K in community outreach and client meetings
• Oversee construction administration and project approvals

Required Skills and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
• PE license in DC, MD, and/or VA (or ability to obtain)
• 10+ years of progressive experience in site/land development
• Strong leadership and client engagement skills
• Expertise in AutoCAD Civil 3D and Microsoft Office Suite
• Expertise with local permitting processes and proposal development

Preferred Skills and Experience

• Experience with Hydraflow, Storm & Sanitary Analysis, and industry networking

Salary Range: $65.00-$78.00 per hour
