Senior Project Manager

Location: Washington, DC – Baltimore, MD Area

Salary Range: $185,000 – $225,000 base salary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead complex construction projects in the mission critical sector across the Washington DC–Baltimore market. This role is responsible for overall project execution, client relationships, financial performance, and team leadership on large, technically complex projects.

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
• Manage project budgets, schedules, contracts, and risk to ensure successful project outcomes
• Serve as the primary point of contact for owners, designers, consultants, and key stakeholders
• Coordinate and lead project teams including project managers, superintendents, and support staff
• Oversee subcontractor performance, procurement, and contract administration
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory requirements
• Support business development efforts and contribute to long-term client relationships

• Proven experience as a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager
• Required: Background managing mission critical (data centers, critical infrastructure) and/or healthcare construction projects
• Experience delivering large, complex projects in the $50M+ range
• Strong leadership, communication, and client-facing skills
• Thorough understanding of construction means and methods, scheduling, and cost control
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
