Summary:

Work closely with the nursing, dining, and administrative teams to coordinate maintenance activities and resolve any facility‑related concerns.

Schedule:

Full‑Time Day

Pay: $22 per hour

• Conducting routine inspections of the facility’s systems.
• Responding promptly to maintenance requests from staff and residents.
• Professional demeanor.
• Performing regular preventative maintenance on equipment and systems.
• Collaborating with the Maintenance Director to prioritize and schedule larger maintenance projects.
• Assisting with setting up and breakdown for special events and activities.

• Technical training or certification in relevant fields is a plus.
• Proven experience in maintenance, repair work, or a similar role, ideally in a healthcare or residential setting.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot various systems and issues independently.
• Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects, climb ladders, and perform manual tasks as needed.
