Maintenance Technician

This is a full-time on-site role for a Maintenance Technician based in Washington, D.C. The Maintenance Technician will perform daily maintenance and repair tasks to ensure buildings, equipment, and facilities operate efficiently. Responsibilities include troubleshooting malfunctions, performing preventive maintenance on mechanical systems, conducting minor repairs, and working to maintain a safe and clean environment. Position includes inspecting equipment, diagnosing technical issues, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company standards.

• Experience in Equipment Maintenance and Industrial Maintenance
• Proficiency in Troubleshooting and identifying mechanical or technical issues
• Skills in Preventive Maintenance and Maintenance & Repair
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or certification in maintenance-related disciplines is a plus
• Previous experience in facilities or property maintenance preferred
