We meet immediate needs with food, clothing, and healthcare, and offer the tools one needs to live with hope, dignity, and greater independence.

Compensation

We offer our employees a competitive compensation and benefits package that reflects our organizational culture, mission, and core values. The hourly range for this position is $28.50 to $30.14 and may be commensurate with experience.

Service Technician - Special Projects

Position Description

The Service Technician - Special Projects will perform the duties necessary to keep the physical structure and associated equipment of the locations in good repair. This includes but is not limited to project, preventative, emergency, corrective, and routine repairs in electrical, mechanical, fire/life safety, plumbing, and HVAC equipment. Responsibilities also include painting/carpenter duties as directed to maintain the interior and exterior physical structure of the building.

Schedule

Monday - Friday, 7:30 am - 4:00 pm. (Full-time, 40 hours per week)

Qualifications
  • Required:

    HS Degree/GED; 3-5 yrs. Facilities Management experience in multi‑site housing or residential facilities.
